Feelings are the structure of our life.
They destroy, kills and leaves a huge mess in our minds. Yet they also build, repair and clean up everything through the time we live.
I’m not quite sure what the true reason for them to exist is? In the life that I have lived so far, I have experienced more negative feelings than positives. Feelings have destroyed my mind many times, have killed many of positives things in my life and always left me on a landfill impossible to clean. So far I have almost lost the faith of ever experience the positives feelings and good things in life and even be familiar with the term of “being happy” !
Then one day, after I almost had lost my strength and nearly have given up on life. I finally found the true reason of the existence of our feelings. After a long and terrible day of work, I was on my way home and some homeless guy stopped me and asked; “why so sad young man?” I told him what was wrong and how I lost all my hope in life. Then he took his hand and put it around my shoulder and told me this:
“An apple tree will die if it doesn’t gets water drops to cheer it up and to keep it alive. It is the same thing with our feelings. Good feelings and positives things in life must be shared and given in the companionship of other people. If you give the apple tree water, it will grow up and give you apples in gratitude which you also can eat.”
Simply! Before you can experience the positive feelings and good things in life, you must first give and share.
I did not like this feeling of having feelings.
