if you had a good past life, you will live a happy life with no problems to worry about. You just have to make the right decisions
on the other hand if you lived a horrible past life, it sticks with you forever and haunts you in you sleep. You’re afraid of making one wrong choice and memories come back.
You can’t erease the past so be careful of what you’re writing in the future!

Dwelling on the past only makes it worse and worrying about the future just makes the present pointless.
As time goes by you forget things you wanna remember and remember things that you wanna forget.
Once you start to worry time persists but you’re still stuck on the past.
Sometimes we look to our past to compare and contrast with our present but the past is the past for a reason and everyone who has been left in it has no purpose in your future – if you plan to get to your future you gotta keep your past in your rear view.
Don’t dwell on the past work hard to make the future the best it can possibly be.
