I am a roman catholic. I have one thing to say to atheists; how can a religion survive 2000 years if it is nonsense?
I tried to stop believing in God for a day and I tell you this; the world seems do empty without him.

Wow! I am amazed at the way people think. I am a christian and I (cannot understand) the way non believers deny God… Maybe I don’t understand because I have the truth THE HOLY BIBLE and in God’s word we are told the truth will make you free.

Christianity is not about having a religion. It’s a personal relationship with our Saviour. The ONLY one that gave his life for our sins; his name is Jesus Christ the creator of the universe. Just because people choose to Deny Christ does not make him less real. The bible is very clear that Satan is the author of confusion and if he confuses you until you die then he has won.

The bible tells us there is only (one) way to become a child of God.
The world is full of people that think if they have a religion or if they do good works they will go to heaven, how sad to buy into the devil’s lies.

We live in such a perverse society; People have forgotten the wonderful daily blessings of the Lord. I am so thankful for God’s grace and mercy on me; for I am so undeserving. I am completely in AWE of the love I have been shown through my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, I am not worthy to be his child.

Religion is used by people as an excuse to screw other people over. I will never trust a person who has religion because they will be the fist ones to screw you.

A man of one religion is a boy, a man who believes many religions is a peace seeking man.

I guess I missed the special occasion(s) when religious leader(s) openly admitted to have been wrong in the past or at least been partially responsible due their support of political leaders (who started wars) by blessing weapons and troops or preaching inactivity.
Those Millions of peace loving believers worldwide did never stand up in numbers huge enough to initiate change which is very sad. Especially the religious leaders have often close relations to political leaders (who started wars) ignored to help the people in need by using their contacts to influence.
How much effort from atheists and scientists was needed to promote a change of policy in the use of condoms to prevent spread of HIV and AIDS?
How many lives could have been saved by stopping infections?
The good some believers do is noticed by atheists, but it is also obvious that many problems wouldn’t need to be solved had they been prevented.
An example of religious texts written on be half of a God are for instance the bible and the Catechisms of the Catholic Church which are supposed to guide the believers. Unfortunately, they are written by errant men as demonstrated on many occasions in history (see example above).
So people can easily realize that the flow of information from God has been compromised on those occasions – although one could expect the all- knowing God to foresee such problems and intervene quickly, to help his beloved creation (people), right?
No, he didn’t lift a finger in the last 2000 years, so why start now, right?
