I am learning each day something that will forever shape who I am. Each thing I learn may alter those things I have learned in the past and prepares me for what I will learn tomorrow. Today I will learn something and tomorrow it will be me.
I am present. I am not consumed by that which has yet to happen. I do not dwell too long on that which has passed. This moment is most important.
My conscious mind is a friend, forever growing with me. My sub-conscious mind is the stranger who teaches my friend who I am.
I choose my emotion. I feel that which I allow myself to feel. I do not overindulge in that feeling or try to control it. I understand why I choose to feel it, and I feel it completely. And then I let it pass.
