The world seems a better place without you,
always judging me,
you never said a word,
but i would’ve liked to know sometime ago,
what it felt like to be free.

It’s like you’re a thunderstorm,
and i’m standing in the rain,
and you’re laughing at me again,
i guess i should’ve known,
that you’re so cold,
that you’ve got no soul.

And now i’m standing on the pavement,
wondering why,
why you said those words,
why you said goodbye.
Because we now both know,
that the pain is cutting me like a thousand stabbing knives,
because of all your lies.
And i have just realized,
that i have died inside.
