The world as we know does not provide a pain free existence. Emotionally and physically we are tormented. It’s in the upheaval and unrest that we co-exist in a realm of spiritual principles and laws. Until we come to that realization, the experiences and judgments of this world will constantly be at odds with us. Human existence is partnered with spiritual laws; it’s the foundation of the human experience.
For some people religion is useful but for others it is only a policeman.
