There are many religions, but only one God. There are truths in every religion, but no religion has all the truth. This is because humans distort those truths to suit their own small minds. If belief in a religion results in discrimination, hating, killing, enslaving, cheating other humans, or justifies treating any being unkindly, then that is not a true religion. If we strive to live our lives with kindness and respect for all other beings, then we are following a true religion.
