Many roads has my poor heart traveled
And up until I meet her my life had become unraveled
I had but all given up on the thought of love
Well that was until she was sent to me from up above
How will I ever find the words to say
To show her just what she means to me each and every day
I wish I may, I wish I might
Have this wish, that would make everything alright
For one day that she might be my wife
And to hold her in my arms for the rest of my life.
